All Saint's Episcopal Church makes space in its facility available on a fee-free basis for All Saint's Episcopal Church functions (e.g.: for committee meetings and fellowship events) and lets space to others for their functions (e.g.: birthday parties and other gatherings).
If you would like to request the use of a particular space details are provided below you must complete a Space Reservation Request Form. We recommend that you check the parish calendar for confilcts before submitting your request.
The beautifully renovated, handicapped accessible, Parish Hall and meeting rooms at All Saints’ Episcopal Church in Chelmsford are available for use by members and the public. On-site parking is available for 40 cars, with three designated handicapped parking spaces (2 van accessible); street and additional parking available adjacent to property. An elevator connects the Parish Hall and all Meeting Rooms; it does not connect the Church choir loft or Chapel.
Facilities are strictly non-smoking throughout.
The Church and Chapel are used only through the authority of the Rector, The Rev. E. Tom Barrington. Call the church office (978) 256-5673 to inquire.
Other spaces, including the Parish Hall, Parish Hall Kitchen, and a number of meeting rooms, are let through the authority of the Rector, Wardens (officials) and Vestry (governing body), which, at various times set rules, regulations and rates for their use. A copy of the Facilities Usage Policies and Rules containing the fee schedule is available in the church office.
To request the use of space:
When you have contacted the Parish Administrator in person, by phone or by submitting the form on this Web site, to request space for a particular date or dates, and it has been determined that the space and date/time are available, then the rental coordinator will contact you to work out cost and a contract for the space. Rates cover a four-hour block of time for the capacity of the space and range from $15 to $300 depending on the status of the requesting person or organization, whether a church member, a non-profit organization or a for-profit use.
The serving of alcoholic beverages on church property is strictly forbidden unless permission has been granted in advance by the Vestry and the individual or organization has obtained a special one-day license from the Town of Chelmsford. This usually requires application six weeks in advance of the date of the event to the church and town. In all such cases a TIPS certified bartender will be required to serve the beverages. A copy of the Liquor License Regulations for the Town is available in the church office.
