Rev. E. Tom Barrington joined All Saints' Episcopal Church as Rector in the Fall of 1999 after serving as a pastor in the Syracuse, NY area. In addition to his role as Rector at All Saints' Church, Tom is the Dean of the Merrimack Valley Deanery.
