The first annual Gingerbread House exhibition was held Friday through Sunday, 1-3 December 2006 at All Saint's Episcopal Church, in Chelmsford Center. The theme was All around Chelmsford; with many entries recreating buildings around town. Proceeds from the exhibition, a $5.00 donation per family was suggested for admission and many builders donated their creations for a silent auction, benefited the Greater Lowell Habitat for Humanity. Proceeds from the café, jewely and craft tables, and cookie walk, which were operated in conjunction with the Gingerbread House exhibition, went to other All Saint's Church projects.
