The ministries of All Saints’ are supported by the generous offerings of our parishioners: Worship, Pastoral Care, Fellowship, Outreach, and Education.
To learn more about Stewardship at All Saints’ please see our printed materials, and read below to find out more about how to give, pledge, or bequeath gifts to All Saints’ or our ministries.
Gifts can be given three ways:
- Most in-person services have an offertory point when gifts are collected.
- Checks can be made out to “All Saints’ Church” and sent to 10 Billerica Rd, Chelmsford, MA 01824. If your gift is a memorial or directed to a specific fund, please note it in the check memo or with an attached note.
- Electronic gifts can be sent via a secure form on Realm (choose plate donation if no specific fund is desired). If the ministry you desire is not listed on the form, then please contact us for more information.
Pledging can be accomplished in two ways:
- Print a pledge card and mail it to the office at 10 Billerica Road, Chelmsford, MA 01824.
- The annual pledge form allows you to manage your pledge online through Realm. If you need login information, please contact our book keeper Laura Barry by phone or email.
For convenience the annual pledge form is provided below.
Endowments
You can give to endowments to enable the Parish to fulfill its mission more completely by developing its ministries beyond what is possible through its annual operating funds. The Endowment Fund was created during the 2000 Capital Campaign, with generous bequeaths from the estates of Eleanor Parkhurst and Barbara Conlogue, and gifts from parishioners. It is a perpetual fund that benefits the Parish through a yearly payout of a small percentage of the fund (3-5%) intended to be sustained by income from Endowment Fund investments.
Endowment Fund payouts may only be applied to expenses outside of the normal operating budget: example include updates and repairs to the facility, outreach ministries, and seed money for special one-time projects. In order to grow the amount received each year, you can designate your gift to the “Endowment Fund”.
To give to the fund as part of your estate planning, please see the Anna Eliza Hunt Society brochure, contact a member of the Endowment Committee, and make sure to involve your estate planner. For any questions, please contact us.
