According to the Book of Common Prayer “Holy Baptism is the sacrament by which God adopts us as his children and makes us members of Christ’s Body, the Church, and inheritors of the kingdom of God.” It involves making a number of commitments that we share together, including the vows to resist evil and to respect the dignity of every human being.

Every Sunday from the altar the words are said: “Whoever you are, wherever you are on your journey of faith, come….” If you or your child have not been baptized and you have worshipped with us for six months and you feel called to be baptized or have your child baptized, please inquire at the Contact Us form, selecting “Rector” from the dropdown menu or call the church office.
