Collect and delivery weekly food donations to Food Pantry

Calendar:

Sundays 10 AM

Inclusion of children within the parish community to bring donations to the alter during offering portion of 10 AM service.

Thursdays

Deliver to Food Pantry Trailer – located behind town offices.
Drop Off Hours: 10:30 AM to 1 PM AND 6:45 PM – 7:45 PM

Food Pick Up Hours

  • Wednesday     5 PM to 8 PM: Brazilians, Spanish and African Community
    6:30 PM to 8 PM: Anyone
  • Thursday         2 PM to 4 PM
  • Friday         6:30 PM to 8 PM
  • Saturday   Noon to 1:30 PM

All Saints Episcopal Church supports the efforts of the Chelmsford Community Exchange Food Pantry. Donations (food and non-food item) can be left in marked baskets located in the Narthax. Donations collected are delivered to the food pantry on a weekly basis.Cash donations can be sent to the attention of Sandy Donovan (Founder and Director) at the address noted above.The current program includes the following:

  • Weekly / monthly Reminder to Donate” postings in the E-bulletin.
  • Inclusion of children within the parish community to bring donations during offering portion of 10AM Sunday service.
  • Themed collections throughout the calendar year
    • Create collage paper bags to fill (family activity)
    • Breakfast month / Lunch month / Dinner month
    • Non-food donation month
    • Special Dietary food donation month (sugar free, gluten free, peanut free, dairy free)
  • 2 large food drives for the Thanksgiving and Easter Holiday’s.
  • Participation in special ASC programs to communicate program mission and solicit new ideas.
